Once
you become a customer of Tuck-It-Away, you eligible to become a
"partner"! All you need to do is refer a friend who signs up for
storage and you will receive monthly credits to your storage bill.
This benefit continues the entire time you store with Tuck-It-Away.
Here's how it works. Refer a friend and once they
rent a room, you will begin to receive a Partner Credit equal to
25% of their monthly rent. It's simple. They rent and you receive.
The larger the room and the longer they stay, the more you benefit.
In fact, you could be eligible to have your storage room absolutely
free if your friend's room is large enough. You can also refer more
than one friend — there is no limitation. Refer as many friends
as you can!
Here's an example. If your monthly rent is $100
and your friend's rent is the same, you will receive a $25 monthly
Partner Credit. Thus, you will only have to pay $75 per month instead
of $100. Or try this. If your monthly rent is $50 and your friend
rents a room costing $200, your 25% Partner Credit is $50. Therefore,
your month's rent would be absolutely free!
You don't even have to come in when your friend
rents their storage room; just be sure to tell them that they must
let us know that you referred them and we can do the rest. And let
your friend know that they can rent at any of our storage centers
throughout the city, not just at the storage center that you are
located in.
Partner
Program Rules: (The Fine Print) This offer cannot be combined with
any other offer or special. Eligibility commences after three full
months of occupancy. The Partner Credits have no residual cash value.
Partner Credits to your account are made only upon the payment (and
clearance, if by check) by your friend of their full monthly rental
charge. The maximum duration to receive Partner Credits is 12 months.
The maximum monthly Partner Credit cannot exceed your base monthly
rental charge. Any other charges, levied or paid (moving fees, late
fees, etc.) are not included in the Partner Program. Once either
party vacates, the monthly Partner Credit automatically expires.
Partner Credits cannot be sold, given away or transferred. Any prepayments
made by your friends are credited to your account monthly. Except
for existing Partners, this offer can expire at any time without
advance notice. Your "friend" cannot be a member of your immediate
family, share your home address or be affiliated with your company.
