Terms & Conditions
Tuck-It-Away Associates will accept online payments for the current month's rent and the immediate month prior, but not exceeding two concurrent months at a time. Online payments cannot be applied towards moving charges. If you are in auction status, please do not post payments to our Web site as they will not be accepted. Furthermore, you may be asked to produce your credit card when accessing your room. Please realize that we require the billing address of your Credit Card to match the billing address entered into the Pay Now form. In addition, the Card Code must match what is on your card. If your address and card code do not match exactly with your billing information of the bank card, the charge will be denied by Tuck-It-Away. In the meantime, your bank may opt to hold these funds for up to a week. Refunds are on a case by case basis. Please contact us directly if you feel that you are entitled to a refund. We do not ship any products from this Web site.
